Honey that is still in the beeswax is called "comb honey" or "honeycomb." It's honey in its most natural state, as it is stored by bees in the hexagonal cells of the beeswax comb. It can be eaten as is, including the wax, which is edible and chewy. We harvest our own honey and honey comb!
